PRIVACY POLICY

DATE LAST MODIFIED: January 25, 2008

We respect and honor each user’s right to privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This website may contain links to other sites.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.  We advise our users to read the privacy policies of every website that attempts to collect personal information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

We want our users to know and always be aware of any information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

The information we collect through our case evaluation forms is:

  • used to improve and customize the content and/or layout of our website to enhance user experience.
  • used to provide your case details and information to an attorney so he/she may contact you to potentially provide legal services.
  • used to aid in the statistical analysis of consumer internet usage although no personal information is shared with third parties.
  • used to comply with any valid court order or judicial proceeding and to protect our rights or property.

This website uses cookies in order to better customize following visits.

Payment is not required from consumers to be initially contacted by an   attorney.

We use case evaluation forms to gather information from users in order to match them with a local unaffiliated sponsoring attorney that may sponsor this website. We require information from the user on our evaluation forms. A user must provide contact information (such as name and telephone contact number) in order to be contacted by an unaffiliated sponsoring attorney. The user may be asked to provide financial information such as income and expenses. Users are never asked to provide financial information for us to collect payment (such as credit card number and expiration date).

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our website. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, the date is stored on a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.

Please note that the use of this website in no way establishes an attorney/client relationship between the user or the user’s family, and Dault & Associates, LLC, or Excel Lawyer or any other third party, including unaffiliated sponsoring attorneys. We invite you to contact us although contacting us does not establish an attorney/client relationship.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Modifications will be effective seven (7) days after the modification is posted.
